Through this service, ASI managed to improve the availability of its servers, guaranteeing a maximum response time of two hours for any type of incident.

Maintenance of Enterprise Storage Platform (High-end Hitachi/IBM solutions). Administration of IBM Tivoli Storage Manager 5.x, 6.x Infrastructure. Monitoring, definition, and/or modification of schemas to perform Backup. Administration of IBM TS3500 and VTL. Database Backups. Configuration, monitoring, reporting, and execution of recovery/backup in the entire complex IT environment. Manage secure backup policies by conducting periodic recovery tests for all applications. Hierarchical storage management based on backup and archiving policies for file archiving.

Challenge:
